


Jessica Martinez

Jessica has worked as a therapist for the last 3 years. Prior to working as a therapist, Jessica worked for a child advocacy center as a forensic interviewer. Jessica has nearly 10 years of experience working with teens and adults who have experienced crisis and varying forms of trauma to include sexual abuse, human sex trafficking, domestic violence, and witnessing violent crimes. She also has experience working with first responders, veterans/active military and their family members.
Jessica provides individual therapy with a concentration on older teens and adults. She enjoys working with clients who are motivated and ready for a change. Jessica is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which is an evidenced based practice for those who may experience depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, substance abuse, and many other mental health conditions.

About Jessica
Jessica stays busy outside of the office. She is a mother of 5 and a wife. While mental health is very important to her, so is her physical health. Jessica enjoys working out, being outside in the sun, and watching her kids play sports. She also enjoys traveling, going out to new places for dinner, concerts and shopping. Jessica is originally from Grand Island, NE. but has made her life here and couldn’t image being anywhere else.
